Accommodation:- The A’Zambezi
River Lodge's accommodation follows the same theme, with thoughtfully
decorated river-theme rooms in a variety of options. All 83 fully
serviced rooms enjoy en-suite facilities, with air-conditioning,
in-room tea and coffee-making facilities, direct-dial telephone
and satellite TV. the two luxury suites include a lounge and a
fully-stocked mini-bar.
A’Zambezi River Lodge has seven double-rooms and 11 family rooms
(a double inter-leading with twin-bedded room), 17 triple-rooms
(three single beds) suitable for friends sharing and 47 twin-bedded
rooms.
Activities:- The Zambezi National
Park, rain forest and falls, 18-hole golf course, crocodile park,
nature walks, whitewater rafting, river cruises, bungi jumping,
game and bird viewing, snake park and curio shopping in Victoria
Falls village. On-site facilities include a children’s playground
and a large swimming pool with children’s pool to cool off in
after a hot day.
Wildlife:- The lodge is located
next to the Zambezi National Park and it’s possible to spot some
hippos, crocodiles or game coming in for a drink from the rooms.
And if you’d like to see even more of these beasts, the nearby
crocodile farm and various game parks offer good close-up views.
Access:- It is easily reached by tarmac road
and falls within the Victoria Falls district’s confines. The distance
from the lodge to the airport is roughly 25km and the town centre
is a mere 5km away.
Child Policy:- A’Zambezi offers many child-friendly
activities and is superb for families with young children.
